Re-designing Gmail.

Challenges
Re-designing Gmail is one of the biggest challenge in the world of user experience itself. Can I improve a Google application?

Execution
I use gmail regularly and so I had idea of what I am going to do about it. Please see the presentaion for the details

After I did this excercise, I was happy to see Google implementing similar features in Gmail to an extent, the additional items in the list view, like Priority Inbox icon. It was a pleasant sruprise. The file on the web uploaded 2 months before Gmail priority inbox implementation.
