Hello, I am Rishi, an UX expert, with 10 years of knowledge and experience in defining user-experience and interactive strategy across all platforms for multinational clients. I believe quality of UX design works is key to better business and competitive edge.

I have developed my expertise in Interactive and Creative Strategy, delivering user experience for multi-platform (including iPhone, iPad and other Android tabs and phones) app/products/website. I have sound knowledge of Information Architecture, Ideation / Concept / Storyboarding of existing website and applications, Competitive Analysis, Contextual Inquiry, Critical Analysis of current state of existing website/applications, User Profiling and Scenarios and Process/Screen Flow Development. Which are the parts of communication with the stakeholders.

I am proficient in User Experience, Creative Design and defining project goals for the team. I have delivered solutions in the field of UX for websites and apps, including information architecture for the applications and Interactive Project/Team Management. I have participated in the User Experience works of applications for Fortune 500 UK and US companies in the telecommunications, media and financial services industries. Currently I am working as Head – Creative at Citizen Media Pvt. Ltd. It is a digital media organization.

Earlier
I was born in Jamshedpur, India in 1978. I did my schooling from Mrs. K.M.P.M. High, and collage from Banares Hindu University, Varanasi. I completed my graduation in 1999 and got my first job as junior designer in a small company. I gained further knowledge by working in the industry, and facing real issues.
